Nicole Mishoe was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida.  She has lived in New Mexico since 2000.  She has a Bachelor’s and Master's degree in Social Work from New Mexico Highlands University. Nicole is a Licensed Substance Abuse Associate (LSAA), working towards becoming a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (LADAC).  She has had the opportunity to intern for several agencies that provide services for individuals seeking treatment for substance abuse, domestic violence, and behavioral health.

Nicole is compassionate, empathetic, and thoughtful.  She is dedicated and driven to assisting clients in accessing the services offered at Perfectly Imperfect.  Nicole’s education, life experience, and past work has afforded her an opportunity to form strong connections with her clients that inspire healthy, positive outcomes that catapult the clients into the next phase of their lives.  Her ability to form strong, healthy bonds aids in the treatment process.  Nicole’s desires include her assisting clients obtain sobriety, gain a sense of self, build self-esteem, and effectively promote a healthy lifestyle.  She is committed to providing clients with the necessary skills and tools to reintegrate into society while maintaining their sobriety.
